Halloween concert
Church of St. Peter from Alakantara, Karviná-Doly
Májovák prepared its traditional All Saints' Day concert. It was held in the leaning church of St Peter of Alcantara on 3rd November at 4 p.m. This year was different – our smallers ensembles performed: a brass quintet, bassoon quartet, the Ibert Duo – a flute and a guitar, our harpist Jarmila Giecková and vocal soloists Oldřiška Honsová with Jan Soukup. Our listeners enjoyed pieces by W. A. Mozart, C. Saint Saëns, A. Dvořák and other composers. The concert was financially supported by the statutory town of Karviná and the Residomo foundation.
